There’s been a lot of talk recently about getting our children to be more physically active. Are you looking for a fun, enjoyable and affordable activity for your children to participate in during the spring and summer months? If so, we have some very important information for you.
The Weston Baseball Association is a registered non-profit organization serving the young people of Weston, Pelmo and Downsview. The goal of the Weston Baseball Association is to offer boys and girls a spring and summer activity that teaches the skills required to play baseball and develops their self-esteem with an emphasis on fun, fair play, physical activity, sportsmanship and teamwork. Baseball involves running, hitting, throwing and catching. Baseball develops hand-eye coordination, flexibility and dexterity. Baseball teaches co-operation, leadership and the ability to make quick decisions.
The Weston Baseball Association is for boys and girls ages 4 to 15 as well as older players ages 16 to 21.
