Our Baseball Programs for 2023

Since the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, we all know our children should be more physically active. Are you looking for a fun, enjoyable and affordable outdoor activity for your children to participate in during the spring and summer months and indoor right now? If so, we have some very important information for you.

The Weston Baseball Association is a registered non-profit organization serving the young people of Weston, Pelmo and Downsview. The goal of the Weston Baseball Association is to offer boys and girls a spring and summer activity that teaches the skills required to play baseball and develops their self-esteem with an emphasis on fun, fair play, physical activity, sportsmanship and teamwork. Baseball involves running, hitting, throwing and catching. Baseball develops hand-eye coordination, flexibility and dexterity. Baseball teaches co-operation, leadership and the ability to make quick decisions.

The Weston Baseball Association is for boys and girls ages 4 to 15.

Here are the baseball programs we're offering in 2023:

*Select Fees: If participating on a Select Team, Select Fees include the House League Fees and are due before March 31, 2023.

The Weston Baseball Association offers:

a local baseball league established for the boys and girls of this community
baseball from now until the middle of September
1 game and 1 practice each week, giving each player about 3 hours of baseball each week
affordable registration fees starting at $200 for our youngest age group.
baseball uniform, individual photograph, team photograph, participation medallion or trophy, and a year-end barbecue

Furthermore, you don’t have to have played baseball before to join us. There’s “no experience required”. The Weston Baseball Association welcomes those who have never played baseball previously. Every year, we have lots of first-time players, especially in our younger age groups. We teach all our players the fundamentals of baseball regardless of their years of experience.
